About the Role
ServiceTitan is a leading cloudโbased solutions platform for home and commercial service businesses. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to own our Accounting domain โ a highโstakes product area that connects to all of ServiceTitanโs services and enables AIโnative accounting experiences for contractors of every size.
What Youโll Do
- Define and own the vision for ServiceTitanโs accounting platform, building a cohesive, scalable product that serves contractors at every stage of financial maturity.
- Build AIโpowered accounting features that create real value for CFOs, from helping small operators move off spreadsheets to giving multiโentity CFOs enterpriseโgrade visibility and controls.
- Provide thought leadership, strategic clarity, and clear communication to the team and the broader organization on accounting product strategy and roadmap.
- Work crossโfunctionally with engineering, design, finance and goโtoโmarket teams to simplify the product and deliver results, focusing on endโtoโend ownership.
- Partner directly with customers to validate direction, build trust, and translate real pain into product insights and value delivery.
- Lead, grow, and advocate for a team of product managers, setting rigorous standards of customer empathy and business impact.
- Define and obsess over key metrics that measure product quality, adoption, customer sentiment, and financial outcomes that accounting influences across the platform.
What Youโll Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience with leadership roles in B2B SaaS.
- Deep accounting domain expertise โ knowledge of GL structures, AP/AR workflows, and ERP integrations such as Spectrum, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar; construction/fieldโservices accounting experience is a strong plus.
- Track record of owning complex, crossโfunctional product areas where architectural decisions affect multiple teams and integrations.
- Strong instinct for when AI genuinely improves accounting workflows, coupled with the judgment to know when it does not.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders, advocate effectively for your team, and build consensus across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and nonโtechnical audiences, with experience engaging customers constructively and earning their trust.
- A bachelorโs degree or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or graduate degree is a plus but not required.
