Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed case management: Build trusting relationships, assess needs, and develop individualized service plans.
- Empower survivors: Connect them with essential resources, including legal aid, housing support, and mentorship programs.
- Educate and advocate: Deliver trainings and presentations on child sexual exploitation and trafficking prevention and intervention.
- Maintain accurate records and data: Ensure client confidentiality and comply with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner with various agencies and stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for systemic change.
Qualifications:
- Passion for social justice and a commitment to supporting survivors of trauma.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver's license.
