Kelly, in partnership with a fantastic manufacturer, is looking for an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator in Brockton, MA.
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their vacation, compensation, and benefit package upon hire.

  • Hours: 5:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday
  • Pay: $21 per hour
  • Location: Brockton, MA
Job Description:
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain industrial sewing machine
  • Ensure product meets precise customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines
  • Read job tickets to understand specifications
  • Set up and adjust sewing machine components, including pockets, gatherers, stitcher heads and three-knife trimmers for exact height, width, and thickness.
  • Inspect finished materials for defects
  • Work with supervisor/manager to ensure an efficient workflow
  • Taking inventory of various threads used in the department
