Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bedding Sewer / Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for our Sleeper Kraft, LLC client to start immediately at $14.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Sew bedding components (covers, panels, borders) using industrial sewing equipment
  • Follow work orders and specifications to ensure stitch quality and consistency
  • Measure, align, and assemble materials accurately
  • Inspect finished products for defects such as loose threads or missed seams
  • Perform basic machine tasks like threading, needle changing, and minor adjustments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:
  • Sewing experience preferred, especially in industrial or bedding sewing; open to candidates with strong sewing skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
