Position Overview
Tersus Solutions is a worldwide leader in advanced laundry technology, operating the most environmentally friendly and effective method for cleaning textiles available today. We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians to join our growing team. This full-time position requires expertise in industrial sewing and technical repair of outdoor soft goods including jackets, backpacks, tents, and sleeping bags.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Repairs
  • Perform high-quality sewn repairs on outdoor soft goods including jackets, backpacks, tents, and sleeping bags
  • Complete technical repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all repair processes
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

Equipment Operation & Maintenance
  • Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines (Juki and other industrial equipment)
  • Perform routine maintenance on sewing equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise

Collaboration & Problem-Solving
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify solutions for unique repair challenges
  • Communicate effectively about project status and technical issues
  • Share knowledge and techniques with team members

Technical Skills
  • Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines
  • Strong sewing skills with ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality
