Starting Rate of pay: $20.50/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Third Shift 10PM-6AM
Shift Premium:
$1.00/hour extra for shift differential for working Second and Third Shifts
What you will be doing
  • Efficient machine set up and operation.
  • Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
  • Monitor machine to detect production defects.
  • Pre-check equipment before operating.
  • Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
  • Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or Lead.

What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Ability to use tools correctly such as tape measures, callipers, micrometers, and lineal checking gauges.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Good math skills using fractions, decimals and basic geometry.
