In this hands-on and team-oriented role, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting sewing machinery, producing high-quality web products to manufacturing specifications, selecting the appropriate materials and tools, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment. In a Web Industrial Sewing Machine Operator job youll be responsible for:

  • Operating, setting up, and adjusting sewing machines and other production equipment.
  • Sewing and producing web products according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
  • Working as part of a team to meet or exceed production, quality, and department goals.
  • Reading and following production sheets, manufacturing manuals, reports, and other documentation.
  • Selecting the appropriate raw materials, hardware, tools, tags, and equipment for each job.
  • Identifying and reporting equipment, operational, safety, or material issues.
  • Packing finished products as required.
  • Assisting in other areas of the plant and performing additional duties as needed.
What youll need:
  • Previous manufacturing, sewing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to set up, adjust, and operate production machinery.
  • Ability to read and understand production documents, manufacturing instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Shift & Pay:
  • Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm *Must be able to train on 1st shift.
  • $17/hr.
