Sales Representative – Plumbing & Sewer Services

Arrow Sewer and Drain LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This position is responsible for meeting with customers, preparing and presenting estimates for sewer and water line repair projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the job process.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential, commercial, and municipal customers to assess plumbing, sewer, and water line repair needs
  • Perform on-site evaluations and prepare accurate estimates and proposals
  • Perform sewer video inspections and locating underground utilities as needed
  • Understand and explain sewer, water, roadway, excavation, and utility scopes of work
  • Present estimates to customers and explain scope of work, pricing, timelines, and financing options when applicable
  • Follow up with customers to answer questions and secure approved work
  • Coordinate with office staff to schedule projects efficiently
  • Work closely with field foremen and crews to develop material lists and ensure projects are properly prepared
  • Monitor projects to help ensure jobs are completed on time and according to customer expectations
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships
  • Document customer interactions, project updates, and sales activity
  • Assist in achieving company sales goals and maintaining strong referral relationships
  • Stay knowledgeable about company services, products, and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in plumbing, sewer, construction, or home services
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers
