3.) Sunday to Tuesday 10 AM - 10 PM & Wednesday 10 AM - 4 PM

4.) Sunday to Wednesday 7 AM - 5:30 PM

5.) Wednesday 12 PM - 6 PM & Thursday to Saturday 6 AM - 6 PM

6.) Wednesday 12 AM - 6 AM & Thursday to Saturday 6 PM - 6 AM

7.) Monday to Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM

As aPatient Access Representative,you willbe thefirst point of contact for patients, ensuring they receivefast, compassionate, andaccurateaccess to care.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in processworking across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently

• Answer phones and gather accuratepatient information quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion

• Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed

• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable

• Collaboratewith nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

WhatWe'reLooking For:

• Exceptionalcustomer serviceexperience,communicationand interpersonal skills

• Strong composureand professionalisminafast-paced environment

• Ability tomultitask and prioritize quicklywithhigh attention to detail

• Comfortablewith shifting priorities based on patient needs

• Experience withpatient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front deskis a plus (but not required)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
