Job description

Purpose
Assists in all phases of EHOB production by performing the following duties. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
•    Safely operates manufacturing equipment. Implements and follows ISO procedures. 
•    Assists in the training of new EHOB associates and keeps production area clean. 
•    Follows all safety procedures. Performs tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal.
•    Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to think through complex situations to troubleshoot equipment and tooling. Ability to deal with standardized situations with complex variables.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order systems.
  • Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and/or lifting equipment.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a group or individual setting. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions well. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays on demand.
  • Interpret blueprints, manuals and other work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production tooling.
  • Work without direct supervision.
  • Able to effectively use tools and measuring equipment
