We are looking for an analytical thinker to join our Claims team. A Claims Set Up associate is responsible for distribution of claims to processors, making sure our claims information is accurate and sending forms to the beneficiaries and funeral homes.


Scheduling:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM working from Home Office (Headquarters)

4343 E Camelback Rd

Phoenix, AZ 85018

Responsibilities:

  • Change the policy status to a claims status and will be responsible to send any claim forms to the family and/or the funeral homes as needed.
  • Responsible for all claims documents as they come in either by mail, fax or email and will distribute them to the processors for payment in a timely manner.
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Works well with others - must work with associates within claims and within Policyholder Services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Must prioritize tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
