Their organizational and problem-solving skills help ensure the creative vision is executed efficiently.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a set manager, and why are they important?

 Grow accounts. Own the relationship

NKC is looking for an Account Manager who thinks like a consultant, not a caretaker. You'll own a book of mid-market clients, serve as their single point of contact, and turn healthy relationships into growing ones.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle and account management process for your book of business as a lead point of contact
  • Build long-lasting client relationships with a consultative approach, bringing clients the resources and training that help them succeed
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and spot areas where we can do better
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, and prepare account status reports
  • Partner with the Sales team to grow opportunities and win the business
  • Work alongside Implementation and Operations to confirm products and services are set up correctly
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue quotas and activity expectations — maintenance checklists, meetings set, and Salesforce activity
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for all key clients, including utilization review
  • Forecast and track key account metrics: program KPIs, quarterly results, and annual forecasts

What You'll Bring

  • A combination of experience and education equivalent to five years or more focused on account management or a closely related field
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Proximity to East Texas
