We are hiring in the Philadelphia, PA; Newark, NJ; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; or Cincinnati, OH areas.  In this role, you will be expected to travel up to 75% of the time nationally. Get your Frequent Flyer Mile numbers ready!
 
As a part of this team, you will go on-site to our clients’ business locations to perform the following services:
  • Assist with new customer onboarding, which includes tagging, inspecting, and cleaning each customer-owned printing/copying device
  • Responsible for the diagnosis of current customer equipment; identify parts needed and determine the device's field reliability
  • Reset maintenance count and pull configuration information
  • Record all specific pertinent information about devices
  • Inspect basic parts (check rollers, check print quality, paper trays, etc)
  • Order any necessary high-mortality parts (if not on hand) to maintain the manufacturer's specifications
  • Mark the location of the device on the map if available, using Proper ID tags
  • Take before and after pictures on the company phone if the printer is exceptionally dirty or broken
 
To be this technical ninja for our team, you should have:
  • Excellent customer service skills and comfortable talking with all levels of client end-users
  • Ideally, a background in printer repair or some type of experience displaying technical competency
  • Willing to travel up to 75% out of state, and the ability to travel on short notice is required 
  • Must have a reliable car to be used for local travel in your Metro area – must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently with hustle and urgency
  • Time management & organization skills are required in this role
  • Problem Solving – you are experienced and able to gather information to solve problems
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
