The Marching Band Director provides comprehensive leadership for the ensemble, overseeing all artistic, instructional, and operational aspects of the program. Primary responsibilities include designing and teaching competitive field shows, managing rigorous rehearsal schedulesincluding summer band camps and after-school practicesand directing performances at all football games, parades, and regional competitions. Beyond musical instruction, the Director is responsible for complex logistical management, including coordinating student and equipment transportation (busing), supervising specialized instructional staff, maintaining uniform and instrument inventories, and managing the program budget .

The Assistant Marching Band Director provides specialized instructional and artistic leadership for the ensemble, supporting the Director in the overall execution of the program.  This role is primarily responsible for the technical development and performance excellence of the percussion (battery and pit), color guard, and assigned instrumental sections. Other responsibilities include summer band camp, after school practices, football games and regional and state competitions. 

The Director of the Fall Play provides comprehensive artistic and administrative leadership for the school's annual theatrical production, overseeing the project from initial casting through final performance. Primary responsibilities include developing a rigorous rehearsal schedule, managing the production budget, and spearheading publicity efforts to ensure community engagement. Beyond performance coaching, the Director collaborates with or supervises student and staff teams on technical elements such as set design, lighting, and costume procurement, ensuring a cohesive creative vision that aligns with school standards and safety protocols. 

The Assistant Director of the Fall Play provides vital instructional and organizational support to the Director, ensuring the smooth execution of the production from auditions through closing night. Key responsibilities include facilitating rehearsals, assisting with blocking and character development, and managing communication between the various technical departments. Additionally, the Assistant Director helps oversee set design progress, supports publicity initiatives, and assists with budget tracking to ensure the production remains within financial guidelines while maintaining a cohesive artistic vision. 

The Director of the Spring Musical provides artistic leadership and administrative oversight for the school's largest theatrical production, managing the project from initial casting through the final curtain call. Primary responsibilities include developing a comprehensive rehearsal schedule, managing the production budget, and spearheading publicity efforts to drive ticket sales and community engagement. Beyond performance coaching, the Director collaborates with student and staff designers to supervise all technical elementsincluding set construction, lighting design, and costume procurementto ensure a cohesive creative vision that meets high production standards and safety protocols. 

The Assistant Director of the Spring Musical provides essential instructional and operational support to the Director, assisting in the management of the school's largest theatrical production from auditions through the final performance. Key responsibilities include facilitating music and drama rehearsals, assisting with casting decisions, and helping to coordinate the technical integration of set design, lighting, and costumes. Additionally, the Assistant Director supports the oversight of the production budget and contributes to publicity efforts, ensuring a unified artistic vision and a well-organized environment for the student cast and crew. 

The Music Director of the Spring Musical  provides specialized artistic leadership for the musical components of the spring production. This role focuses on the vocal and instrumental excellence of the show, ensuring that the cast and orchestra achieve a professional and cohesive sound. The Music Director serves as the primary musical instructor and helps in the pit bridging the artistic vision of the Director with the technical execution of the score. 

The Choreographer of the Spring Musical provides the creative vision and technical instruction for all dance and staged movement within the spring musical. This role is essential in translating the show's themes into compelling physical performance, ensuring that the castregardless of prior dance experienceexecutes movement with precision, energy, and storytelling impact. The Choreographer works as a core member of the production leadership team to deliver a visually stunning and cohesive performance. The choreographer must attend rehearsals and the production.

The Art Director & Scenic Designer of the Spring Musical  is responsible for the visual world of the spring musical, translating the script and the Director's vision into a physical environment. This role combines high-level creative conceptualization with hands-on technical execution. The Scenic Designer ensures that the stage is not only aesthetically stunning but also functional, safe, and supportive of the production's storytelling and choreography. The Scenic director also works closely with students in painting and creating the end product.

The Director of the Madrigal Singers provides specialized artistic leadership for the school's premier, audition-only vocal ensemble. This role is dedicated to the mastery of advanced choral literature, ranging from Renaissance madrigals to contemporary a cappella. The Director is responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture, refining elite vocal techniques, and maintaining the ensemble's reputation for excellence within the school and the wider community. The director is responsible for at least 2 concerts and outside performances.

The Indoor Guard Director provides artistic leadership and technical instruction for the competitive winter guard program. This role focuses on the creation and execution of a high-caliber indoor production, blending modern dance, theater, and specialized equipment work (flag, rifle, and sabre). The Director is responsible for the complete creative lifecycle of the program, from initial concept design to the final competitive performance at regional and state circuits. 

The Instrumental Director Beyond classroom instruction, the Instrumental Music Teacher manages the program's comprehensive performance calendar and facilitates student participation in regional and state-level musical activities. This role requires significant after-school and weekend commitments to prepare, supervise, and direct students at public performances and competitive events.

*Seasonal coaches (Schedule B-1) shall receive their contracted stipend in two equal payments determined by the following schedule:

Fall:  50% - September 30, 50% - November 30

Winter: 50% - December 15, 50% - March 15

Spring - 50% - April 30, 50% - June 15
