Based in Winchester, Kentucky, we specialize in the construction management delivery method, performing projects throughout Kentucky and surrounding states. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team.

Ready to turn plans into successful projects before construction even begins? We're looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Estimator to help deliver accurate budgets, competitive proposals, and winning bids that set our projects up for success.

What you'll do:

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects

Develop budgets using historical cost data and unit pricing

Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing

Collaborate with Project Managers during preconstruction planning

Prepare competitive bid packages, proposals, and responses to RFPs

Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and bid records

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and design teams throughout the estimating process

Help ensure accurate, complete, and competitive project estimates from concept through final proposal

What we're looking for:

5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating

Experience performing quantity takeoffs and reviewing construction documents

Ability to analyze subcontractor proposals and develop competitive budgets

Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
