As a new Restoration technician at SERVPRO, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. The Restoration technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment, as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Restoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. As a valued SERVPRO franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
  • Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform production processes as directed.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Standard work shift of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with chance of overtime as needed. Requirement to be on call 1-2 week's a month, covering nights and weekends. $50.00 bonus for EVERY on call activation.

Goal - perform training and advance to crew chief for higher hourly pay rate! - Offered starting pay rate dependent on experience.

All Sample Forms provided by Servpro Industries to Servpro Franchises should be reviewed and approved by the Franchise's attorney for compliance with Federal, State and Local laws. All Sample Forms are provided for informational purposes and Servpro Franchises may choose whether or not to use them. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
