Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Remote - NJ/ NY
Job Description:
This position will manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the Client. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties and a minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable). Experience should include a sound understanding of technical issues and outstanding planning (experience in preparation of project plans a must), scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills. Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff is essential.
Project Management: Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with Client policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
ServiceNow Expertise: Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB) and ensure from the Client side that ServiceNow consultants adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the Client Teams.
Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
