Service workers may also interact directly with clients or the public, providing assistance and maintaining high standards of service.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a service worker?

To thrive as a Service Worker, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices, and experience in a customer-facing or maintenance role.
