SHIPPING / CUSTOMER SERVICE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Full-Time | On-Site | Sports Cards & Collectibles

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring Shipping / Customer Service Warehouse Associates to help power one of the fastest-growing sports collectibles companies in the industry.

If you’re organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting orders out accurately and on time, this role is for you.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
  • Prepare packages for USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Label, sort, and stage outgoing shipments
  • Assist with inbound shipments and inventory organization
  • Help handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and tracking
  • Work closely with sales and live-stream teams to support daily operations
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Able to lift packages (typically up to 40 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills (order systems, email, tracking)
  • Customer-first mindset — you care about doing things right

No prior warehouse experience required — we’ll train the right person.
