We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Automotive Service Valet to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring their luxury vehicles are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. This position provides concierge services and will help maintain lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve luxury vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep demos prepared for valet service
- Transports vehicles offsite locations
- Perform basic maintenance tasks: wash, refuel, and check tire pressure and fluid levels
- Ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles before returning them to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure a seamless service experience
- Helps perform physical inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
