Travel Requirement: Overnight travel may be required every other week (Monday through Thursday nights) within your assigned region. During overnight travel weeks, you will receive an additional $25 per day, plus any overtime earned, paid in the following weeks’ paycheck.

What You Will Do

  • Follow assigned daily and weekly route schedules, arriving on time and completing services within expected service windows.
  • Perform scheduled HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance, including removing and replacing filters, cleaning housings, inspecting units, checking airflow and filter fit, and verifying proper operation.
  • Service commercial HVAC systems at customer locations such as Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General, and other commercial facilities, often on rooftops.
  • Load, unload, and organize filters, tools, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Provide route coverage and support for other territories as needed, including occasional overnight travel.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 36 feet using an extension ladder.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug/alcohol testing, and customer-required screenings.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, read basic work instructions, and follow standard procedures.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications to document completed work.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and meet the travel and scheduling requirements of the position, including overtime and overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in field service, installation, maintenance, route-based service, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working in commercial or industrial environments such as roofing, pest control, cable installation, construction, facility maintenance, or route service.
  • Experience performing HVAC filter service, preventive maintenance, or refrigeration support.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Field-based position performed at commercial, industrial, retail, and school customer locations.
  • Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, cleaning materials, and other maintenance-related conditions.
  • Frequent standing, walking, driving, bending, reaching, and handling tools.
  • Occasional climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Required PPE may include gloves, safety harness, hearing protection, eye protection, safety footwear, and respirators when required.
  • Full-time, route-based schedule with early morning starts and overtime as business needs require.
