Job description

Controls Service Tech

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $35-$50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)

What You'll Do

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC controls and DDC systems
  • Support integration and programming of control systems
  • Assist with larger projects alongside engineering and project teams
  • Work with platforms such as:
    • Tridium Niagara
    • Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience with DDC/BAS systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and programming skills (ladder logic/PLC/DDC)
  • Experience with major controls platforms (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, ABB, etc.)
  • Niagara/N4 certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
