We are a family-owned and operated Buick & GMC dealership currently seeking Entry-Level Service Apprentices to train with our Certified Service Technicians. This is a FULL-TIME position providing onâ€'theâ€'job training with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities – Service Tech Apprentice:
LEARN HOW to:
- Perform multi-point inspections and diagnose malfunctions
- Provide estimates of time needed for repairs
- Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., following dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions
- Adhere to company regulations and stay updated on recalls and updates
- Report damaged or defective equipment to management
- Report safety issues and maintain a clean working area
Requirements – Service Tech Apprentice:
- Basic automotive maintenance and repair knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Good work ethic and problemâ€'solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Motivated to learn new repair/service procedures
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
