Pay from $17 to $26 per Hour Depending on Experience.

Position Summary:

This position provide excellent customer service to patrons frequenting the Service Station.

Essential Functions:

  1. Handle cash/credit card transactions from patrons for product at the Service Station.
  2. Fill up gas tanks when necessary.
  3. Deal with customers in a courteous and effective manner.
  4. Collect and dispose of trash outside.
  5. Charge purchases to customer’s credit cards, provide customers with receipts.
  6. Answer questions and provide directions if needed.
  7. Flexibility in scheduling days, evening, and weekends is necessary
  8. Perform other tasks as needed.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience required.

Cash register, gas pump, basic cleaning items, etc.

Most decisions are specific and routine. Questions are referred to immediate supervisor.

Physical Requirements Analysis:

  • The position requires frequent sitting along with occasional standing and walking
  • There is frequent use of the fingers to write, use a computer, and handle paperwork
  • There is frequent communication involving both speaking and listening in person and over the telephone
