Job Description:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of a scratch-kitchen, counter-service restaurant. This role oversees every aspect of the business, including team leadership, guest experience, food quality, financial performance, and operational excellence.

The General Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team, while serving as a role model for the company’s values, culture, and service standards. This position requires a strong presence on the floor, a passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients, and the ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-casual environment.

Administrative responsibilities include payroll, scheduling, inventory control, food ordering, cost management, cash handling, and compliance with all safety, sanitation, and security standards. The General Manager partners closely with ownership/leadership to drive results, improve systems, and identify future leaders within the team.

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, floor-focused approach
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
  • Maintain high standards for scratch cooking, food quality, speed, and consistency
