Job description

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Day Supervisors in our Pennsylvania division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout Pennsylvania (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervision of site and personnel
  • Liase with other service companies on location if necessary
  • Supervision and completion of the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job
  • Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment
  • Communicate effectively with client, on site personal, night operators on cross-shift and operations managers
  • Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift
  • Creation of Daily Operations Tickets, including following customer price lists for billing and ensuring crew charges are all recorded accurately for both day & night shifts on location.
  • Completion of necessary shift paperwork.
  • Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
  • Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
  • Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
  • Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Field Superintendent and Operations Management
