THE POSITION

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Service Team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, reporting directly to our Vice President. This position assists with driving our mission by directing our client's service issues to the correct avenues within our company. The Service Coordinator will help to make sure client experiences are exceeding Omega's high standards for customer service at every interaction and that issues are being resolved quickly. This position also contributes to our team by implementing best practices for the ultimate benefit of our clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Generate service tickets and assign them to the appropriate queues.
  • Monitor queues for quality control, ticket rebalancing, and proper documentation.
  • Verify that clients are receiving excellent customer service in every ticket.
  • Assist with multiple tasks including scheduling, running reports, and assisting with follow-ups.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized with a passion for technology and building relationships.
  • Proven written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Customer Service experience.
