Job description

Overview

What We Do

We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen. All it takes is finding the right combination of tech hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services. That's what we do. We're the IT Department's IT Department.

Who We Are

Our team is made stronger by a multitude of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. It's what makes Connection unique-what drives us to innovate and create technology solutions that stand apart from the crowd. We'd love for you to be a part of that fabric, to share your ideas and experiences with a team that thrives on fresh thinking, creativity, and helping others.

Why You Should Join Us

You'll find supportive teammates and a rewarding career at Connection-plus great benefits. We take pride in supporting employees with a total rewards package that provides financial, emotional, and physical resources for you and your family.  Our compensation, 401k plans, medical insurance, and other benefits are progressive and competitive.  We value the importance of our employees' emotional wellbeing. To support employees, we provide free therapy visits, mental health coaching and tools, and meditation resources. You'll also enjoy a generous paid time off package that includes not only vacation and sick time, but also Wellness and Volunteer Time Off days.

Ability to travel as needed, which can average out to 3-4 nights per month.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a "live person".

Responsibilities

We're looking for a technically savvy Offering Manager to design and develop services across Digital Workspace (endpoints and enduser technologies), Modern Infrastructure & Multicloud, and Data & AI. There is special interest in Microsoft experience. This role is ideal for someone with a presales, professional services, or delivery background who understands how customers use technology and can translate that into scalable, marketready service offerings.

This position focuses on earlystage offering development-including customer discovery, solution definition, and technical validation-and supports sales enablement through clear, technically grounded messaging and training. The strongest candidates enjoy staying close to the technology while building repeatable services and gotomarket motions. Experience in the channel is highly relevant, particularly working with service provider partners, OEMs, and distribution for professional and managed services.

Base Salary range: $100K-$135K, depending on experience, plus bonus.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Build new service offerings using Connection's Offering Development Framework (and other industry-accepted methods).
  • Run market and customer research to validate demand, define differentiation, and shape positioning.
  • Partner across the business (Sales, Marketing, Delivery Services, and partners) to design, build, and launch offerings.
  • Define success metrics and continuously measure and improve offering performance.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing with competitive positioning, go-to-market collateral, and technical sales enablement.
  • Work with Delivery Services to operationalize people, process, and tooling so the offering is deliverable at scale.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and service partners throughout design, build, and launch.
MinUSD $97,000.00/Yr.MaxUSD $125,000.00/Yr.Qualifications
  • 5+ years in the services channel in product/offerings management, sales/presales, delivery, and/or adjacent roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technology experience in presales or delivery (MSP, OEM, or similar channel background preferred).
  • Proven ability to learn customer needs quickly and translate them into new, scalable service offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication-able to make complex technical concepts clear and actionable.
  • Be ready to share examples of your impact, such as:
    • Offerings or services you've developed (from concept to launch).
    • Frameworks and methods you've used to define, validate, and scale services.
    • Go-to-market launches, enablement, or campaigns you've supported or led.
  • Ability to travel as needed
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
