Bakery Packer I – Multiple Shifts at Ferrero

Location: Augusta, GA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $14/hr

For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving, Kelly® hears you and we’re here for you! We're seeking a Packer & Heavy Packers to work at Ferrero in Augusta, GA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. 

Shift Schedules at this time:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 12 Hour Rotating Shifts (3 days one week /4 days one week): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM also have 6AM-6PM

Heavy Packer Roles:
We urgently need team members for Heavy Packer positions. These roles require lifting 50+ pounds multiple times per shift.
If you cannot perform this task, you may be considered for roles with lighter physical demands.

What’s a typical day as Packer I? You’ll be:

  • Stacking and arranging products and packed containers into crates, boxes, and cartons.
  • Applying wrapping, labels, and identifications as required to maintain product standards.
  • Following all required safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Reporting to a supervisor or manager and receiving guidance from senior personnel.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of packing and warehouse work.
  • Are comfortable working under close direction, with 0-1 year of general work experience.
  • Are dedicated to following safety protocols and maintaining high standards of quality.
