SUMMARY 

Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all service employees and customers. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Greet Customers on the Service Drive & let them know an Advisor will be with them shortly {let customers know they can wait inside if preferred} and open doors for Customers as a courtesy. 
• Ask the Customer for vehicle keys, assist with transferring belongings between vehicles (as needed) and keep vehicles pulled forward. 
• Preps customers' cars with floor mats and seat covers in every vehicle before it goes to the shop for repairs. 
• Keep the floor mats, seat & steering wheel covers stocked and in neat order. 
• Keep vehicles moved forward on the Service Drive and when required to move vehicles to appropriate parking spaces. Keys will be placed in the appropriate work order packet from the Advisor. 
• Deliver vehicles to and from both shop destinations in a timely manner. 
• Attend the service drive at all times of the daily operating hours. 
• Assist’s Service Advisors as needed throughout the day. 
• Check in with the Service Manager throughout the day. 
• Advise Service Manager when leaving for lunch each day, if Service Manager is unavailable, notify Advisor on duty. 
• Inspect Service Signs each morning and put them up during inclement Weather. 
• Maintains the service Isles and sidewalks, removing water and debris as necessary, setting up warning signs as needed. 
• Moves vehicles to and from the service lane to Express or Main shop, parking the vehicles in designated areas for each. 
• Cleans the service area as needed to keep the area looking well kept. 
• Assist in tending to the coffee/refreshment/snack area, keeping it full and clean and the refrigerator stocked with water. 
• Empty the coffee pots and rinse them out at the end of each day. 
• Keep bathroom in Service Department clean and in good condition. 
• Empty outside Trash/ Dog cans daily and replace bags when weekly. 
• Restocks paper supplies as needed. 
• Runs errands as directed by manager. 
• Use of proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.
