Job description

Why Us
Eco Garage Door Services, a subsidiary of Windsor America, is one of the fastest-growing garage door companies in Texas, and now we are bringing that same energy, culture, and commitment to Nashville. This is ground floor opportunity. You will not just be joining a company, you will be helping build one. As a Service & Installation Technician, you will play a key role in establishing Eco's presence across Middle Tennessee, delivering the kind of service that turns first time customers into lifelong ones. If you are someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives on variety, and wants to be part of something being built from the ground up, Nashville is where it starts.
Could This Be For You?
Nashville is growing fast and so are we. As one of our first technicians in the market, your work will shape how Music City gets to know Eco Garage Door Services. Most of your days will be spent in the field diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping garage door systems running safely and efficiently for homeowners and businesses across the greater Nashville area. You will also get hands on with new installations, helping bring fresh systems to life for customers who are building, renovating, or upgrading. No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point. If you want to be known, valued, and grow with a brand as it plantes its flag in a new city, this is your moment.
You Will Be Trusted To
  • Diagnose and repair garage door systems for residential and commercial customers as your primary day to day focus
  • Troubleshoot springs, cables, openers, tracks, and hardware with confidence and efficiency
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience that makes Nashville customers want to call us first every time
  • Perform new door installations and help grow our installation volume as the market expands
  • Manage your schedule and jobs independently while maintaining high standards on every call
  • Handle heavy components safely, including springs, panels, and hardware
  • Represent Eco Garage Door Services in the community and help us build a reputation Nashville can trust
You Qualify With
  • At least 1 year of experience in field service, repair, construction, or home services
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly with customers
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage your time and work independently
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside a brand entering a new market
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry it short distances
Additional Success Factors
  • 1 to 2 years of garage door service or installation experience
  • Familiarity with residential or commercial door systems, openers, or hardware
  • Background in field service, trades, or home improvement industries
  • Knowledge of the greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area is a plus
