POSITION DETAILS

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter as well as dependable, punctual, hardworking, responsible, and personable. Position requires experience with both residential and commercial HVAC diagnosis, repair, service, and installation. The expectation of this employee will be to set the highest standards when representing JLM Services through providing exceptional customer service for every client. Refrigeration experience, Journeyman License, and/or EPA certification a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installs, services, and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment according industry best practices.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Thoroughly cleans, adjusts and repairs systems/performs warranty services appropriately.

Provides exceptional customer services through honesty, integrity, and kindness.

Able to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.

Able to work in confined spaces.

SKILLS:

Understanding of advanced principals of air conditioning, and heating.

Proficient in reading schematics.

Friendly, honest, and courteous.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Team-oriented.

Demonstrate ability to use appropriate industry tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, hand tools, etc.).

Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1-year experience in commercial and residential HVAC installs, maintenance, service, diagnosis, and repairs.

Valid/Clean Driver's License

Authorized to work in the US.
