About the Role:
Michigan Dog Training Inc. is looking for a passionate and skilled Dog Trainer to join our team in Plymouth, MI! This is an exciting opportunity to do what you love every day — transforming the lives of dogs and their owners through expert training. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group dog training sessions using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Assess dog behavior and develop customized training plans for each client
  • Educate pet owners on training methods, commands, and behavioral management
  • Track and document client and dog progress throughout training programs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay current on best practices in animal behavior, obedience training, and canine psychology
Requirements:
