Job description

Service Coordinator

In the Service Coordinator role, you will provide support to the operations team through the coordination of vehicle services such as maintenance and body work and ensure vehicle readiness to dispatch. This position requires the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, complete assignments thoroughly and accurately, and communicate effectively across company divisions and department.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation: $22/hr

What you will be doing:

  • Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.
  • Ensure service grid is complete and accurate.
  • Document services required and schedule with vendor.
  • Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store.
  • Assist with directing drivers per schedule.
  • Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status.
  • Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers.
  • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient driving skills and some mechanical knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to proactively research and resolve problems.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
