What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems using ammonia or CO₂
  • Service diverse environments including food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, chemical plants, cold storage warehouses, and ice rinks
  • Ensure adherence to CIMCO's safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of field experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration
  • Experience with ammonia refrigerant systems (required)
  • Familiarity with reciprocating and screw compressors
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively
  • Background in industrial refrigeration and/or gas compression systems
  • RETA 1 & 2 certification (preferred; must be willing to obtain)
  • Universal EPA certification (preferred; must be willing to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools for electronic documentation
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely
