Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing team player who is an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with both commercial and residential customers. Your main goal will be to drive new business development and growth by identifying opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to success. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, including local and regional accounts.
  • Customer Service: Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with operations to report progress, address concerns, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Documenting: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related field, including a proven track record in new account development and managing local and regional accounts; experience in the construction industry is preferred.



  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective account management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of account activity and sales performance
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required. Must meet an insurability standard.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a drug test as part of a drug-free workplace policy.
  • Phone: Must have cell phone to clock in and out daily, log jobs, and follow other company communications.


Working Conditions

  • Time will be split in the office and field based on prioritization.
  • Schedule is typically Monday through Friday.

Salary and Benefits

  • Pay Range: Dependent upon previous work experience and education.
    • Base annual salary + commission.
  • Benefits:
    • Medical-partial percentage paid by the company after 60 days
    • Dental and vision after 60 days, along with other ancillary benefits
    • 401K with a company match after 6 months of employment
    • Vesting PTO immediately, with availability to use after 90 days
    • 90-day probation period
