High Volume Fine Dining Server Trainee

Position Summary:
The server position offers a flexible and unique opportunity to hone your food, wine and spirits knowledge in a high volume fine dining environment unlike any other. This is a great position to further your experience in the hospitality industry and work for a successful company that rewards hard work and dedication. We are currently looking for all levels of experience.
Essential Duties:
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a high volume fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to seamlessly transition from working independently to contributing as a member of a team while delivering exceptional customer service to provide every guest with a lasting and memorable experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a focus on the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Command of the English language and strong communication skills.
  • Professional well groomed appearance.
  • Must have availability during weekends and nights. Possess the ability to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. multiple times during a shift.
  • Use of hands required 100% of the time.
  • Stand, walk, bend and lift throughout a 6-10 hour shift.
