Job Summary:
As a global leader in server technologies, Supermicro has been growing extremely fast in many key markets such as AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Big Data, HPC, Storage, etc. To meet the market demand, Supermicro is developing end to end enterprise IT solutions with compute, storage, networking all integrated into full rack or multi-rack level systems. Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who can work with enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
  • Work with design, Validation engineers and System PM's to support New AMD CPU/GPU Product Introductions (NPI)
  • Ability to work on AI, Agentic AI, GPU, and CPU related server product lines
  • Work directly with customers. Sales Reps, FAEs and onsite team to resolve issues relating to motherboard, server systems, computer peripherals, and software
  • Work with various internal teams, R&D HW, SW, and production to resolve technical issues
  • Use AI to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot HW/SW related field issues, establish a root cause, and propose a suitable solution
  • Acts as the product expert, with deep technical understanding, engaging with both the product support team and development team to provide correct product solutions to customers

Qualifications:
  • BSEE or Computer Engineering/Science, MSEE or Computer Engineering/Science with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Familiar with compute, storage, GPU and networking server technologies and engineering principles
  • Initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment and Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
  • Familiar in utilizing AI to analyze data and providing usable troubleshooting results is a major plus
  • Experience and knowledge in AI SW development, implementation and deployment
  • Highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, good team player
  • Technical support in PC/Server industry or Extensive knowledge of Supermicro product offerings, server technology and configuring server systems are a plus

Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
