Server PMs, or Server Product Managers, are professionals responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and management of server products or services within a company. They bridge the gap between engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that server products meet market needs and are delivered on time. Server PMs define product requirements, create roadmaps, and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve issues. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and server management platforms is commonly required. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities help coordinate teams and manage client expectations. These competencies ensure successful project delivery, efficient resource utilization, and effective stakeholder engagement in IT environments.
