Job description

Observability/AIOPs Event Management Engineer/Sr. Developer:

  • Expert in defining new monitoring definitions based on achieving best practice monitoring capabilities. Infrastructure (mandatory), Application stack (Nice to have)
  • Tuning of monitoring definitions to eliminate operational noise
  • Experience in doing the above in SolarWinds and ServiceNow ITOM AIOPs
  • Experience in tuning monitoring policies, event rules etc.
  • Experience in tuning / optimizing the configuration of Operational Intelligence
  • Experience in optimizing the architecture of Midservers used for Monitoring
  • Experience in configuring Health Log Analytics. Currently this is not configured, we need an SME that can recommend logging sources we should add to augment our existing monitoring and provide the ability to detect alerts caused by Change
  • Experience in configuring Agent Client Collector Monitoring. Adding to existing ACC monitoring with the goal of retiring SolarWinds for Server monitoring.
  • Experience in configuring Service and CI binding rules for monitoring
