The Spot is Hiring: Front of House Bartender/Server Manager
Location: The Spot
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Some evenings possible
Pay: $13/hour with tips - smiles are the limit

The Spot is looking for a warm, outgoing, and reliable front-of-house bartender/server to join our management team. We’re searching for someone with a friendly personality, great customer service skills, and a genuine love for making people feel welcome.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed, community-focused environment and wants a consistent weekday schedule with a possible, occasional evening shift. Whether you’re serving coffee in the morning, helping guests enjoy lunch, or keeping the bar area running smoothly, you’ll be an important part of the energy that makes The Spot special.
