What You'll Do

  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager in leading daily Front of House operations across Solymar, CAVA and Banquets.
  • Lead and support Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Bussers and Food Runners throughout service.
  • Maintain smooth service flow and appropriate Front of House staffing levels.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, coaching and performance of Front of House team members.
  • Oversee service execution and coordinate with culinary and support teams.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a strong focus on service recovery.
  • Maintain company standards for cleanliness, food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service.

  • One to two years of Front of House restaurant, bar, banquet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, multitasking and guest service skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications.
