As a Lead Server at The Arbor Company, your work matters. Here's why: 

  • Assist Residents as needed in completion of their daily menus.

  • Monitor Residents’ food intake.

  • Interview prospective servers and make recommendations to Executive Director regarding hiring decisions.

  • Train servers by example in job requirements and orient them to Community operations.

  • Schedule staff according to Community guidelines, and state regulations.

  • Provide coaching and supervision to serving staff, including termination if appropriate.

  • Fill in as server if short-staffed in dining room.
