We are looking for experienced servers and bartenders to join our team!

The Server position is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by recommending and serving food and beverages according to the company's high-quality standards. The Server is one of the primary contacts that a guest has, and the Server must maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor at all times. The Server directly reports to the Front of the House Manager or Manager on Duty.


Server Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.
  • Leads by example.
  • Demonstrated good judgment.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Fiery Crab menus, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be well versed in Point of Sale system.
  • Exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude and promptness.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant setting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/server to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Bartender Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
