Our Early Learning Childcare center is seeking an Opening Administrator Designee & Food Service Manager to lead our morning operations, ensure impeccable regulatory compliance, and jumpstart our children's days with healthy meals. As the first face our families see, you will set the tone for safety, warmth, and professionalism every day. Key Responsibilities for this Hybrid- Dual Role: Center Opening & Leadership (Administrator Designee)

Open the Facility: Arrive early to secure, unlock, and prepare the facility for a smooth daily startup.

Person-in-Charge: Serve as the designated Administrator in Charge during early morning hours, excepting early arriving Children, handling emergencies, parent inquiries, ratios and operational decisions confidently.

Welcome Families: Greet arriving parents and children, managing the morning check-in and drop-off process seamlessly. Licensing, Ratios & Compliance: Maintain OAC Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) licensing and safety regulations from the moment doors open.

Manage Morning Ratios: Actively monitor and track incoming child attendance to ensure classroom staff-to-child ratios are continuously met as enrollment scales up through the morning.

Document Readiness: Maintain organized, up-to-date compliance folders and morning check sheets, ready for any unannounced state inspections. Kitchen Operations & Meal Preparation: On-Site Meal Prep, Prepare and distribute balanced breakfast and Lunch that satisfy Ohio Administrative Code requirements. Allergen & Safety Tracking: Manage food allergy logs diligently, ensuring zero cross-contamination and preparing safe substitute meals if required.

Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment following local Columbus health department regulations.

Food Stock: Place food orders and stock

Requirements
