The Nolen Rooftop is now hiring a Server Assistant to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar and restaurant. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.


As a Server Assistant, you'll play a critical support role for our service team, ensuring smooth operations, strong guest flow, and an elevated rooftop experience from start to finish.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure efficient, seamless guest experiences
  • Assist with food and beverage delivery and table maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and guest areas
  • Reset and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors throughout and after service
  • Help keep the rooftop well-stocked with glassware, supplies, and service items
  • Be a visible, approachable presence for guests while supporting overall service flow
  • Assist with ID validation and help monitor responsible alcohol service when needed
