What are some common challenges a server helper might face during busy shifts, and how can they effectively manage them?

Server Helpers often encounter challenges like balancing multiple tables' needs, quickly resetting tables for new guests, and maintaining clear communication with servers and kitchen staff during peak hours. Proactively assisting team members, keeping an eye on guest needs, and staying flexible can help ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for customers.
