What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll be the face of the Guest experience-bringing energy, personality, and great service to every table.
  • Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests and ability to create a personalized experience
  • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
  • Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately
  • Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve guest problems
  • Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines
  • Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly
