Banquet Server (Part-Time)
Country Inn & Suites | Mankato, MN
Country Inn & Suites Mankato is seeking a friendly and dependable Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will help create exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, serve, and clean up banquet events according to event specifications.
  • Greet guests and provide professional, courteous service.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and inviting banquet spaces.
  • Assist with resetting event rooms following functions.
  • Follow all food safety, beverage service, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure successful events.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
