Casino Cocktail Server
Step into the excitement of the casino floor! We're looking for friendly, fast-paced, and guest-focused Cocktail Servers to deliver exceptional service while keeping the energy high and the drinks flowing.
What You'll Do:
As a key part of the guest experience, you'll be the face of hospitality on the casino floor:
• Greet guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
• Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately
• Serve guests on the gaming floor and at the bar
• Take food orders when needed
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Keep your section clean and presentable
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize sales
80% of your shift will focus on guest service, while 20% includes side work like restocking and prepping drink stations.
